Editorial Reviews:

A flavorful Creole blend of garlic, onion, paprika, celery, hot peppers and a touch of lemon. More flavorful than a cajun seasoning, has the pleasant heat of cayenne, bold enough for steaks and chops and delicate enough to season fish and vegetables.

Summary: Nice addition to the spice rack
Comment: I've used all the Lucky Black Cat spices. They are excellent, but I think they really stand out on oven-baked chicken, especially the Dark Fire Jamaican Jerk and the Garlic Fire. Added to a bread crumb coating, they have a wonderful flavor. If you like spicy foods, give these a try. They are a nice addition to the spice rack.

Summary: What Men Really Want...
Comment: I bought this spice as well as the Dark Jamaican Jerk Spice and the Garlic Fire for my husband. HE LOVES IT!! He puts it on everything. He made some chicken with the IKo Iko and brought it to work. Now everyone asks hom how they can find these spices. If you read the label on other spice blends you find at the market, you will find a lot of preservatives and things you can not pronounce. These spices are REAL and also not full of sodium. Try them. Give them to your husband. He will love it!
