Summary: The GREATEST Invention EVER
Comment: I think this may rival the wheel!
My three cats LOVE this dvd. (I, however, now have it memorized!!) Put it on (the larger the TV the better to surround the kitty) and set a stool or table near the TV.
1) I have a kitten (< 1 mo.) who runs around the TV and go bonkers trying to get at the birds - until he wears himself out.
2) A 4-yr old siamese who bats at the birds FOR HOURS. I bought this DVD for her when I brought her home from the shelter to liven her spirit.
3) And a 4-yr old semi-outdoor (jaded) stumpy who was initially interested but has bored (she also doesn't like to be around the other cats).
I can't believe how much my two cats love this video. I put it on repeat, go to work, and don't have to worry that my kitties are bored. (They do, however, spend their day in front of the TV). Since I bought this DVD, my cats are now fascinated with tennis tournaments. This was THE BEST ~$20 I ever spent!

Comment: I had this on video and was happy to find it on DVD. The old video I had was a lot better, but, you will be surprised to see your cats reaction when the birds start tweeting. I have my DVD player hooked up to the stereo and turn the volume up when I have this on. The directions say to remove everything from the top of your tv and they are right. My younger cat jumped up on the tv and was batting at the birds from the top. My other cat kept trying to get behind the tv to catch the birds.

Summary: Two Non-Opposable Thumbs Way Up!
Comment: I got this for a friend's cat, but decided to test it on mine first. I had to buy them their own copy. Minnie and Cooper are 3 year old cats. Minnie watches it for about 15 minutes and then lies down to sleep. Cooper, on the other hand, has sat by himself in the basement for 45 minutes the last two days watching this. This morning, I started to put the DVD in and he was already in front of the TV, staring patiently at the black screen, waiting for it. Definitely worth it.

Comment: Our indoor/outdoor cat is amused and entertained by this video. The humans in the house think the first part of the DVD, the vignettes with the music, is not worth watching, and the cat also doesn't seem to care about it. But once the musical bits are gone and the natural sounds come one, it has his attention. Very well done. High quality video. This is neither here nor there but I admire someone who can take nature shots of the critters in the back yard and turn it into what I hope is a lucrative enterprise.

Summary: My cat loves it
Comment: My cat loves to go outside, but he's allergic to mosquito bites and cannot. We have a hard time getting in and out of the door without him slipping out, but this movie is the perfect solution. Put it on, and I can open the door and call his name, and he just ignores me. his eyes are glued to the tv set!!!
Sometimes he requests to see his movie by walking up to the tv set and staring at it hoping his show will start.
